Funding:

Session Requirements:

Once you decide to register with us a minimum of 2 sessions a week is required.

Should you wish to reduce your sessions 4 weeks notice is needed by submitting a completed session reduction form.

Latest Charges:

• Optional Uniform : We sell the following: Fleece £14, Jumper £12, T-Shirt £8. Please ask a member of staff or email us. Payment is required by cash or bacs beforehand.
• Unfunded hours are charged at £6.00 an hour for our Caterpillar’s (Age 2 upwards) and this reduces to £5.50 per hour when they reach the term after their third birthday due to the difference in staff ratio required (this would change on the 1st September, 1st January or 1st April)

• Voluntary Water Bottles are charged at £3 on first invoice only.

• Voluntary Snack and Consumables Charge as billed as below –

For 1 – 2 sessions a week £19.50 snack & £10.50 consumables are charged totalling £30 per term ,

For 3-4 sessions a week £22.75 snack & £12.25 consumables are charged totalling £35 per term,

For 5-6 sessions a week £26.00 snack & £14.00 consumables are charged totalling £40 per term,

For 7-8 sessions a week £29.25 snack & £15.75 consumables are charged totalling £45 per term,

For 9-10 sessions a week £32.50 snack & £17.50 consumables are charged totalling £50 per term.

Late Collection Charge: £5 charged per event of being 15 minutes or over later.

Financial Review – All costs will slightly increased after being reviewed by our Committee. All of the new rates will be adjusted on this website closer to the effective date of 1st January 2026.
